Purchasing outright is the easiest and simplest way to purchase your new structure with Farm + Yard. Place your order with a 50% down payment which can be made with a check, cash, or credit card. The remaining balance is then due just before delivery and installation.

Rent-to-Own
There’s no NO CREDIT CHECK so you’re automatically approved as long as the building can be delivered fully assembled. Plus, get 120 days same as cash on any structure. Choose between a 24, 36, 48, or 60-month plans. Downpayment is first month’s rent and an additional security deposit. Enjoy no early payoff penalties.
